To complete the return process you will need to pay a $6.00 shipping and handling fee via credit card. After payment is made please send your defective ring along with your return authorization number (emailed with receipt of payment) and your contact information to include your name, address and phone number.   Your jewelry will be replaced at no charge within 60 days of receipt of the defective product. We strive to replace with the same style, however this cannot be guaranteed due to constantly changing styles.  We reserve the right to substitute with a similar style of equal value.  Please note at this time we do not accept returns from outside of the USA
